Parking Information:Hotel Effie: Valet parking and self-parking are available for a fee.Free Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the Inspiration lot. Post Toast will take place on the second floor of Hotel Effie. Rehearsal Dinner / Post-Toast Attire:Coat and tie for men; semi-formal attire for women (such as a dress or skirt)

Transportation Update: Transportation will be provided for guests to and from the ceremony. Be ready for departure at 4:45. Hotel Effie – for guests staying at the hotel or nearby Shuttles will run the following route: Pick-Up Location → Ceremony → Reception aboard the Solaris

Driving---- Enter the address into your GPS.- When you arrive, you may park in the large parking lot located in front of the clubhouse and the Bayside Inn.- After parking, walk toward the fairway just past the Bayside Inn Hotel. The ceremony setup will be visible on the fairway, facing the bay.

How to Find the Solaris:Enter Baytowne Marina into your GPS. As you approach the dock, you will see the Marina Cafe.The Solaris is docked at the end of the main dock.

Our Favorite Local Spots - Perla - coffee!!!- The Donut Hole- Yummy breakfast or a sweet treat to start the day - Roberto’s (Baytowne Wharf) – Casual pizza and apps, great for groups. ($–$$)- The Marina – Fresh seafood with a relaxed, “on the water” feel. ($$)- Beach House – Good food, great drinks, and some of the best Gulf views. ($$–$$$)- Ovide (inside Hotel Effie) – Elevated Southern dishes, perfect for brunch or dinner. ($$–$$$)- Seagar’s – Classic upscale steakhouse for a special night out. ($$$$)

What should I wear?

Our wedding is Black Tie Optional. Men can wear a tuxedo or suit, and women can wear a long dress or other formal attire

Will the boat actually leave the dock?

Yes! The Solaris will cruise during the reception, offering beautiful sunset and water views while we celebrate.

Flying In?The two most convenient airports for our wedding weekend are: • Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) — approx. 24–26 miles from Hotel Effie (~30–35 min drive) • Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Panama City – ECP) — approx. 40–42 miles from Hotel Effie (~45–50 min drive) Both airports have car rental services and rideshare options (Uber/Lyft). The VPS airport is usually the fastest drive and closest option, but ECP can sometimes have more flight choices depending on your departure city
